Parents, we've all been there. You're sitting around the dinner table and you ask your child, "What did you learn in school today?"
Their response is usually something like this:
This is why I have decided to randomly choose a student or two each day and ask them one simple question: "Whatcha gonna tell yo momma?"
They have to tell me one thing they learned in class today. Hopefully, this will remind all of my students of something they learned during the day.
So now when you ask them, you should get something more than a lost look. If not, keep asking because they know what they need to tell their momma.
